Returns Policy

We strive to always look after our customers and ensure that their experience with SHBS is as seamless as possible.

Superior Hair and Beauty Supplies are happy to accept change of mind returns within 7 days of the purchase date, provided that the product is unopened, unused, in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt as proof of purchase. We will gladly offer you the option to refund, exchange or obtain store credit.

Please note that if you wish to do return an item purchased online, shipping costs are not covered. You also have the option to return in-store at 7B Miller Street, Merrylands NSW 2160.
